When Accessing or Using Our Services. We automatically collect information about you including:

We take commercially reasonable security measures to help protect information we collect about you from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. All your information that Asteri Networks collects through the Services is transferred to, and accessed from, jurisdictions, including the United States where Asteri Networks has its headquarters.
Your Consent Declaration
For visitors to our Services who are based within the European Union, this will involve the processing of your information outside of the European Economic Area, (the “EEA”). If you do not wish your information to leave the EEA, or your home country, please do not provide your information via the Services. If you have already provided your information, and you require us to stop processing your information, please contact us at email@example.com We take the privacy of our users seriously and therefore take steps to safeguard your information, including assuring an adequate level of data protection in accordance with E.U. standards. As set out in our Terms of Service (available at www.asteri-networks.com/terms), you must be at least 18 years old or have the requisite power and authority to access and/or use our Services. If you are between the ages of 13 and 17, you must obtain the consent of your parent or legal guardian to use the Services. Our Services are not intended for children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from such children. Children under the age of 13 should not use or attempt to use our Services, and if you are under 13, please do not attempt to use our Services or send any information about yourself to Asteri Networks.
In the event that we learn that we have inadvertently gathered personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will take reasonable measures to delete such information from our records. Parents who believe that we might have gathered any information from or about a child under the age of 13 may submit a request to delete such information to firstname.lastname@example.org or write to our address listed in Section 14 (Contact Us) below.
If you become aware that your child has provided us with Personal Information at one of our Services, we invite you to notify us so that we may delete the information from our records and discontinue any related features or services. We appreciate your cooperation in assisting us to provide a safe and enjoyable online experience for your children.
